悬臂式掘进机转向半径的分析研究

摘要: 基于现有的履带转向半径计算公式,综合考虑了悬臂式掘进机外形尺寸、截割臂水平摆动、履带转向半径对悬臂式掘进机转向半径的影响,提出了新型悬臂式掘进机转向半径计算模型,并进行了履带转向半径以及截割臂水平摆角对悬臂式掘进机转向半径的影响分析,得出履带转向半径以及截割臂水平摆角对悬臂式掘进机转向半径影响规律,从而为悬臂式掘进机设计及转向性能评价提供了参考依据。

Abstract: The steering radius of roadheader has a great infulence on the steering performance in tunnel, so it is of great significance to analyze and investigate the steering radius of roadheader. In this paper, based on the present steering radius model of track, a new computational model of steering radius of roadheader is proposed, in which boundary dimension of roadheader, horizontal swing of cutting arm and steering radius of track are taken into account. And then, the influences of track steering radius and horizontal swing of cutting arm on steering radius of roadheader are analyzed and obtained, the research results provide a reference base for the design of roadheader and assessment of steering.
